God had provided the people with food and water in the desert, and now He would provide them with a different kind of fuel. When they were attacked, Moses held up the staff of God to show all Israel and all their enemies that the power of God was with the Israelites. But Moses didn’t have to stand alone. It’s good to have faithful friends who are willing to help us defeat our enemies. And it’s good to have an ever-faithful God!
