As Paul spent time in Corinth, the Jewish leaders grew angry and brought him before the Roman governor Gallio. But Gallio didn’t care about their religious quarrel, and Paul was given freedom to teach about Jesus. As he traveled, he also wrote letters to different churches, addressing their spiritual needs and attempting to settle debates among the church members. Paul was a man of great wisdom, and God offers that same wisdom to anyone who will ask Him for it—including you!
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.
Paul was one of the first to introduce Jesus to the Gentiles and invite them into the family of God.
