God often used unlikely people to do great things for Him. In the culture of the time, being left-handed would have been regarded as unusual or as a kind of physical defect. But Ehud had courage and strength to strike a blow for Israel against their oppressors.
Whenever the Lord raised up a judge for them, he was with the judge and saved them out of the hands of their enemies as long as the judge lived; for the Lord relented because of their groaning under those who oppressed and afflicted them.
Ehud was left-handed, but the guards didn’t know it. Why then did they search his left side?

What are some things in our culture today that are typically considered weaknesses but can be used by God as strengths? Consider things about yourself that you might not like or might think of as weaker—ask God to show you how those things could be used by Him.
