Jesus doesn’t force His way into anyone’s life. He gently knocks, waiting to be invited in. He desires a close relationship with each of us—a friendship, a daily connection, a shared meal. But we have to be the ones to open the door. He’s patient, kind, and always ready to come in when we say, “Yes!”
“Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.”

If Jesus knocked on your door today, what would you want to do with Him?
Design your own door! Draw a door on a paper or digital device. On the outside, draw or write what keeps the door closed—fear, distractions, busyness. On the inside, draw what life looks like with Jesus invited in—love, joy, peace, purpose. Then ask yourself: what would help me open the door more often?
Lord Jesus, thank You for knocking on my heart. Help me to open the door and welcome You into every part of my life. Thank You for wanting to be close to me. Amen.
