Thought
Sometimes when we’re anxious, it may feel as if God is nowhere to be found. That’s when it’s good to be calm and listen carefully for God’s still, small voice. Hope waits for and recognizes God’s messages.

For one month, track the times you feel closer to God or when you feel He is speaking to you. Write down the date and time and a brief note to say what you were doing when you felt that way. At the end of the month, show your log of observations to a family member or a friend and talk about any patterns you notice.
