Jesus asked His disciples a question: Who do people think I am? The disciples told Him what they’d heard: John the Baptist or another prophet. Then, Jesus wanted to know who the disciples thought He was. Peter answered correctly: “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” Jesus commended Peter and told him that it was God who revealed this to him. And God still gives us the wisdom to recognize Jesus as our Savior today!
