Ahijah

A prophet from Shiloh who met Jeroboam on a road going out of Jerusalem. Ahijah said God would make Jeroboam ruler of the ten northern tribes of Israel. He acted out this prophecy by tearing his clothes into twelve pieces and giving ten of them to Jeroboam. This all came true about 930 BC.
