Creation

God’s work in creating the universe. Genesis 1 and 2 tell that God created everything. They do not tell us how God created—just that He spoke everything into being. The Bible describes the days on which certain items were created:

• Day 1—light

• Day 2—sky

• Day 3—seas, land, plants

• Day 4—sun, moon, stars

• Day 5—birds and fish

• Day 6—animals and people
