Delilah

A Philistine woman who pretended to be in love with Samson. She wanted to find out the secret of his great strength. Three times he lied to her when she asked where his superstrength came from. Finally he admitted that he was strong because of his vow to God that he would never cut his hair. While he slept, she called in his enemies to cut his hair. His strength was gone, and he was captured.
