Lot

Abraham’s nephew. Lot went with Abraham from Ur to their new home in Canaan. After they reached Canaan, problems arose when their herdsmen quarreled. When Abraham decided that he and Lot must have separate land, Lot chose the land that looked better for his cattle. But that selfish decision led to trouble for Lot and his family. Lot and his family later moved to nearby Sodom. God later destroyed the wicked cities of Sodom and Gomorrah.
