Malachi

The prophet who wrote the last book of the Old Testament. He lived around 450 BC and predicted that those who were not true to God would be judged. In his book, Malachi asked questions to make the people think about their lives. He criticized priests for being careless in conducting worship. He condemned the people who were not giving God their tithes and trying to cheat God. Malachi looked forward to the coming of the Messiah. Although Malachi preached about judgment, he reminded the people that God cared for them.
