Princess of Egypt

The daughter of the pharaoh of Egypt who became the adoptive mother of Moses. Having found the baby in a basket on the Nile, the princess hired Moses’s mother, Jochebed, to nurse him until he could be returned to the princess. This princess may have been the one who became Queen Hatshepsut of the eighteenth dynasty of Egypt.
