Queen of Sheba

The ruler of the Sabean kingdom in Arabia during the time of Solomon. This kingdom was about fifteen hundred miles from Israel. She came to see King Solomon, probably on a trading mission as well as to ask questions to test his wisdom. Solomon and the queen exchanged gifts before she returned to her own country.
