Upper Room

The place where Jesus had the Last Supper with the disciples. It may have been the same upper room where the disciples met together to pray after Jesus ascended into heaven. It probably was a second-floor room built on the flat roof of the home of a friend of Jesus. Such rooms were commonly used as guest rooms and often had outside stairways.
