Deborah

A prophet and the only woman among the judges of Israel. When Deborah told Barak to go to war against the Canaanites, he refused unless she also went. Deborah then predicted that the victory would go to a woman. Although Barak and the soldiers defeated the enemy on Mount Tabor, they didn’t kill Sisera, the commander of the army. Jael, the wife of Heber, killed Sisera. After the victory, Deborah and Barak composed and sang a song of praise to God.
